Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment from North Dane within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available carrier service.

Due to the unique nature of vintage and antique pieces, some items require additional time and specialized packing to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile items may be double-boxed when appropriate.

Large & Oversized Items

Certain furniture, artwork, mirrors, and oversized pieces may require specialized shipping or delivery arrangements. Any item requiring alternative delivery will be noted on the individual product listing.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, contact North Dane within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the damaged item
• the interior packaging
• the exterior shipping box
• the shipping label

Please retain all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are estimates and delays may occasionally occur. If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier inquiry.
