A wonderfully sculptural vintage wall plaque from Fitz & Floyd’s Venetian Romance collection, featuring an abundant arrangement of fruit and grape leaves in richly glazed color.
The dimensional design incorporates pale grapes, figs, fruit, curling vines and broad leaves in shades of green, rose, yellow, cream, purple and brown. Each element is molded in high relief, giving the plaque the lush, almost trompe-l’oeil quality associated with Fitz & Floyd’s decorative ceramics.
Two molded openings on the reverse allow the piece to be displayed on the wall, making it especially charming for a kitchen, dining room, pantry or collected gallery arrangement.
Produced as part of Fitz & Floyd’s Venetian Romance collection, dating to approximately 2002–2003. The reverse is marked Fitz and Floyd Classics / Handcrafted China.
Measurements: Approximately 10.75” long × 9” wide × 1.75” deep.
Condition: Good vintage condition with light age-related surface and underside wear. Minor rubbing and discoloration are visible around portions of the reverse foot rim. No obvious major chips, cracks or repairs are visible in the supplied photographs. Please review all photographs for additional condition details.
